The founder of SnapRater is Jason Hessom, a Certified
Impairment Rater. He has been in the industry for more than ten
years and has an extensive background in complex permanent disability
rating. After the changes brought to the rating system with the
enactment of SB 899, Mr. Hessom saw what we all saw - a brand new
set of rules and a drastically different way of calculating permanent
disability. SnapRater was created to help interpret and apply the
AMA Guides in relation to this new permanent disability rating system.
